Blake Lively's lawsuit breakdown

Blake Lively Sues ‘It Ends With Us’ Co-Star and Director Justin Baldoni

The drama isn’t over, Blake Lively has officially decided to sue Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer. Allegations of harassment and what she claims is a coordinated effort to destroy her reputation. Of course, his team fired back, but let’s get into what the lawsuit said with a full breakdown.

Before you proceed reading please note that this article will talk in depth about harassment, sexual assault allegations, nudity, cyber bullying and more.

Why isn't Blake Lively Suing the Studio?

After the first few articles have went live in the last 48 hours, people have been asking this very important question. This is why it’s very important to read the entire complaint and not just the headlines.

Of course, headlines are going to use Justin Baldoni’s name because they know it’s gonna get the clicks and to be honest I am doing this too, but to make it perfectly clear there are several parties listed on the lawsuit.

If you look at the actual complaint, yes, she is suing Justin Baldoni as well as members of his team, but she’s also suing his studio that he co founded. Those who are wondering where they can read the full complaint, it’s on the New York Times.

There is a lot of evidence that supports what she Blake saying. Some of the damning evidence are text messages between his team, who are trying to clean up his image saying that he wants to destroy her, but they can’t put that in writing because if it ever got into the wrong hands, it could get them into trouble.

There’s text messages between him and his team pointing out what happened with Haley Bieber and how the media portrayed her as a bully and how that’s what he wanted for Blake.

Text messages from his team, who are literally trying to clean up his image at that time, saying he doesn’t know how lucky he is that the public is basically eating it all up. Even mentioning some of the stuff he’s done on set, saying:

“my god, there’s just so much”

The text messages between his team bragging about hit pieces that they put out that seem to have worked against Blake….. and I will go through all of them.

What happened between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni?

Allegedly, things got so bad on set that they had to have a meeting. And the meeting involved Ryan Reynolds because apparently the work environment was so hostile. The lawsuit has a list of demands that were told to Justin Baldoni during this meeting.

Requests were listed such as:

  • no more showing nude videos or images of women to Blake,
  • no more mention of Baldoni’s alleged previous addiction,
  • no more discussions about conquest in front of Blake and others,
  • no further mentions of cast and crew genitalia,
  • no more inquiries about Blake’s weight,
  • no further mention of Blake’s dead father.

But there’s more… Blake Lively also said she’s not doing any more of these scenes outside of the scope of what she signed onto when she read the script. Suit claims that demands were embraced and approved by the studio, but in the end, the film flopped.

Obviously, everything that had been mentioned, we can’t speak on because we were not there.

But this is the part I think people are gonna disagree with Blake on. It flopped in part because of a huge conflict over how it would be marketed. Blake wanted a more upbeat pitch about her character’s resilience, whereas Baldoni wanted the focus to be on domestic violence.

It is also worth noting that Blake Lively claims that Baldoni and company then engaged the social manipulation campaign to destroy her reputation.
The actress is claiming that the campaign caused harm to her business and caused her family severe emotional distress.

And yes, Justin Baldoni’s attorney did respond saying that this lawsuit is designed to fix her negative reputation, adding,

“The claims are false, outrageous, intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt. Blake Lively was a nightmare on set, threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release.”

I personally don’t know if she’s trying to say that had Baldoni done what she wanted with marketing, then the drama never would have happened. Who knows? Regardless, I still think had everybody been on board, doing it her way, there still would have been backlash. All of this information coming to light was definitely a lot. I had a feeling something was gonna happen when things got quiet, and we’ll see what happens from here…

I’ve been reading over this lawsuit, which, by the way, is over 70 pages long, and there’s a lot more to discuss. I was very careful from the beginning never to talk about anything that could have happened on set because we weren’t there. We just don’t know.

‘We Can Bury Anyone’: Inside Peek in a Hollywood Smear Campaign

Let’s talk about some of the stuff that was mentioned in this complaint. The document goes on to say that he and his team had a plan for social manipulation designed to destroy her reputation. Part of that plan, allegedly, was that they would be involved in astroturfing, which means the practice of publishing opinions or comments on the internet or media that appear to come from ordinary members of the public, but actually come from a particular company or political group.

They went over the plan on the phone and sent him a document, to which he text them saying, not sure I’m feeling the Protection I felt on the call.
Mr. Nathan responds saying, that’s the most important part of this is how quickly they can shut things down and play stories in your favour.

Later that day, Miss Abel and Miss Nathan exchanged the following text messages expressing that Mr. Baldoni wants to feel like Miss Lively can be buried. One of the text message shows them saying,

We can’t write it down to him. We can’t write. We will destroy her. Imagine if a document saying all the things that he wants ends up in the wrong hands.

And then there’s this conversation between him and a team member, Miss Able. He says, this is what we would need. She responds, yes, I literally just spoke to Melissa about this on break. About what we discussed last night for social and digital focus on Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram. Probably the worst of this is his team texting one another, Melissa saying, the majority of socials are so pro Justin, and I don’t even agree with half of them.

He also goes on to say he doesn’t realize how lucky he is right now. We need to press on him. Just how effing lucky? Whispering in the ear, the sexual connotations, other members feeling uncomfortable watching it.

I mean, there is just so much…

Less than a week later, they’re bragging about how they shut stories down regarding HR complaints on set.

“Jen, this went so well, I’m effing dying. I have to call you later in a bit and tell you how this went. It was genius. Then there was this article that came out, is Blake Lively is set to be cancelled?”

String of hard to watch videos that Have resurfaced following tone deaf Q&A to promote it ends with us. Alyssa sends the article to Jennifer. Jennifer responds, wow, you really outdid yourself with this piece. Peace. Which Melissa responds, that’s why you hired me, right? I’m the best. Now let’s get into some of the complaints made about his alleged behaviour and the meeting that they had, which happened after the strike and right before they began re-filming.

I jumped ahead to page 13 of the complain where it talks about his alleged behaviour on set and how he didn’t provide them a safe environment, especially in those scenes. At one point, they were filming a slow dance scene. There was no sound recorded, and he decided to not act in character, but acted as himself. At one point, he leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear down her neck, saying, it smells so good. None of this was remotely in character or based on any dialogue in the script, and nothing needed to be said because again, there was no sound. She later objected.

He responded with, I’m not even attracted to you. When he started to improvise or add those type of scenes, she objected and he insisted that he added them because he was making the film through the female gaze.

He agreed to remove the scenes, but made a last ditch attempt to keep one where the couple together on their wedding night, which he said was important to him because he and His partner climax simultaneously. During that, he then intrusively asked whether she and Ryan Reynolds also simultaneously, during which she found invasive and refused to discuss.

Now we jump into the meeting with Ryan Reynolds that happened after the strike and before they began re-filming some of the list of demands such as: Was no more describing his area to Blake Lively. He also said that an intimacy coordinator must be present at all time on set and then talks about stuff that she did not want happening again while filming. Stuff like no more personal physical touching of or sexual comment by Mr. Baldoni or Mr. Heath to be tolerated by Blake Lively and or any of her employees as well as any female cast or crew without their expressed consent. No more improvised kissing as well as biting and sucking on her lip without her consent, and all intimate on camera touch and conversations must be in character not spoken from Mr. Baldoni to Blake Lively personally.

Apparently, there were also people coming in and out of the set that were not supposed to be there during intimate scenes that were friends of the director and producers which were not approved by Blake Lively.

No. 20 says no more entering, attempting to enter, interrupting, pressuring or asking Blake Lively to enter her trailer or the makeup trailer by Mr. Heath or Mr. Baldoni while she is nude for any reason.

No. 21 Is definitely interesting. It says no more private multi hour meetings and Blake Lively’s trailer with Mr. Baldoni crying with no outside. Blake Lively appointed representative to monitor. Once the meeting was over, everybody had agreed to everything that was mentioned. They resumed filming the following day and ended filming on February 9th.

Now here’s why marketing was brought up. Sony had given them a plan on how to market the movie saying they wanted it to focus more on Lily’s strength and resilience as opposed to describing the film as a story about domestic violence. And to avoid talking about this film that makes it feel sad or heavy. It’s a story of hope. In the days leading up to the films release, Mr. Baldoni abruptly pivoted away from the films marketing plan and the types of publicity activities in which he had previously participated.

What the public did not know was that Mr. Baldoni and his team did so in an effort to explain why many of the films cast and crew had unfollowed Mr. Baldoni on social media and were not appearing with him in public. To that end, he and his team used domestic violence survivor content to protect his public image. As described in further detail below I‘m only on page fifteen. But clearly there was a lot that happened on set.

In the scene where Blake Lively’s character was giving birth, Baldoni wanted her to be unclothed, even though it wasn’t in the script. He insisted that his own wife ripped her clothes off during labor, and it’s not normal for women to be in a hospital gown when giving birth. He disagreed, but felt forced to compromise and ended up being naked from the waist down during the birth scene. She said it was chaotic, crowded, utterly lacking in standard industry protections for filming nude scenes, such as choreographing the scene with an intimacy coordinator, having a sign nudity writer, or simply turning off the monitor – so the scene was not broadcast to all crew on set.

They also said that Mr.Baldoni and Mister Heath failed to close the set, allowing non essential crew to pass through while she was mostly nude, with her legs spread wide in stirrups and only a small piece of fabric covering her area.

He became even more alarmed when Mr. Baldoni introduced his best friend to play the role of the OB GYN, when ordinarily a small role of this nature would be filled by a local actor. He felt the selection for Mr.Baldoni’s friend for an intimate role in which the actor’s face in hands would be close proximity. To her area for a birth scene was invasive and humiliating.

On page sixteenat the bottom, it talks about one time where allegedly she was in the car with her driver, her assistant and Justin Baldoni and he talked about how with an ex girlfriend he was SA. After talking about that, at the very end he allegedly said:

“Did I always ask for consent? No. Did I always listen when they said no? No.”

Allegedly he went on to say that this was an example of how we all have things from which we can learn and grow…

Blake Lively was unsettled by Mr. Baldoni’s suggestion that he had engaged in that kind of conduct without consent. Number forty two talks about how he engaged in behaviors that were shocking and emotionally distressing. For example, he claimed he could speak to the dead on several occasions. Told her he had spoken to her dead father. Was off putting and violent. For Mr. Baldoni to claim a personal relationship with her recently deceased father. Also goes on to say that Mr Baldoni and Mister Heath were constantly hugging and touchingcasting crew. When Miss Lively or others avoided this touching, Mister Baldoni and Mister Heath would retaliate by becoming irritated, cold, uncollaborative.

No. 44 talks about a moment where he made Blake Lively uncomfortable with his comments

No. 45 said that another cast member lodged a sexual harassment complaint about Mr. Baldoni’s gross and unwanted comments towards her and Others this is very uncomfortable because if you remember in the first part where I went over the fact that he was crying in her trailer, this is the reason why on the second day of filming, Mr. Baldoni made the rest of the casting crew wait for hours while he cried in Miss Lively’s dressing room. Claiming social media commenters were saying that “Miss Lively looked old and unattractive” based on paparazzi photos from the set, she tried to reassure him that she should look authentic in the scenes depicted in the photos, which were just after her character had been abused by her fictional husband. Rather than trying to look hot, however, his focus was that she would have a sexual appeal above all else.

Lawsuit says that Blake Lively tried to have a meeting with Mr.Heath to discuss Justin Baldoni’s behavior, but instead of setting up a time and place, he showed up unannounced at Miss Lively’s hair and makeup trailer while she was topless and having body makeup removed by makeup artist.

Miss Lively told Mister Heath that she was almost done and they could meet once she was clothed, but Mister Heath, however, insisted that if she didn’t allow him into her trailer to speak to him at that moment, there would be no meeting with the other producers.

Lively reluctantly agreed, but asked that Mister Heath keep his back turned. A few minutes into the conversation, Miss Lively noticed that Mister Heath was Staring directly at her and she was topless. When she called him out, he brushed it off, saying it was a habit of wanting to look at a person while speaking to them.

Miss Lively and her hair and makeup artist were all deeply disturbed by this interaction on just the second day of film. It goes on to say that the two men continuously did this to her. And also that Justin Baldoni constantly made her feel bad about her weight and looks.

Body Shaming Women and the Unrealistic Expectations of Women After Giving Birth.

Remember how we had heard that the reason why he wanted to know her weight was because he had to pick her up and he has a bad back? Well, apparently, there was no scene of his character picking up Blake’s character. In fact, the lawsuit says a few weeks before filming began, in less than four months after Blake Lively had given birth to her fourth child.

Page 20
Mr. Baldoni told the trainer that he had asked because he was concerned about having to pick Miss Lively up for a scene in the movie. But there was no such scene. We’re not even a third way done. Blake Lively was humiliated to learn that he secretly called her fitness trainer without her knowledge or permission. And implied that he wanted her to lose weight in two weeks.

Baldoni told her as a gift he would connect her with an expert he had on retainer to help her with probiotics and to combat the sickness. When she was filling out the privacy forms, she found out it wasn’t the expert he had told her. It was instead a weight loss specialist.

Ms.Lively once again felt Mr. Baldoni was shaming her for her body and weight. When Blake Lively and others allegedly complained, Wayfair, which is his studio, declined to investigate. So on May 26, 2023, she told a representative at Sony that she wanted to file an HR complaint about Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath’s misconduct. But they told lively that Sony, as the distributor of the film, was not empowered to control Mr. Baldoni or Mr. Heath’s behavior on set and that such concerns must be raised with Wayfarer, the studio responsible for the product.

The Director then acknowledged her concern in writing, saying that he would adjust accordingly. Yet on June 8th, 2023, that actress inform Miss Lively that outside of anything in a scene, “I actually cannot talk to Justin at all”

Mr. Baldoni later expressed suspicion regarding Miss Lively’s Friendship with this actress as if they were colluding against him.

Blake also talked about the fact that there was a COVID outbreak on set and Mr. Heath and Mr. Baldoni not only did not have proper protocols, but they also didn’t tell her, so she ended up getting COVID as well as her baby. When she complained to Mister Heath, instead of acknowledging responsibility and committing to safety moving forward, they expressed upset over production days missed and resulting costs. And now we go on to the parties negotiating a contract writer regarding Mister Baldoni and Mister Heath’s conduct on the set of it ends with Us. In this section, it talked about when the strike began, when they stopped filming, and when the strike ended.

Before returning back to work on November 9th, 2023, Miss Lively’s attorneys provided waivers attorneys with a document entitled protections for return to production. Two days later, the council for wafer said that Wafer, Sony and production respectfully acknowledge that your client has concerns regarding safety, professionalism and the workplace culture. Regarding your outlined requests, we find most of them not only reasonable, but also essential for the benefit of all parties involved.

On November 15th, Wafer agrees to the contractual writer, and on January 19th, 2024, it was executed. Among the provisions were that an intimacy coordinator must be present at all times when Blake Lively is on set.

Now remember, in his interview, he said that from the beginning he believed an intimacy coordinator was important. But it’s clear that that didn’t happen until January, which was a month before they finished filming.

Section B, which is clearly another big one, they included a nudity writer, which they do have in this claim that basically said anything that had to do with nudity, partial nudity, if it was rehearsal, filming, reviewing playbacks, it shall be restricted to the persons with essential business reasons for being present, as approved by Blake Lively and Todd Black, as further described in the writer.

Section C, which again another big one – there is no improvising when it comes to any of those scenes, and they have to stick to the script. It also says it has to be choreographed in advance in the presence of an intimacy coordinator, and may only proceed as choreographed with the consent of all participants in advance.

Physical touching and or comments on Blake Lively’s physical appearance must only be done or made in connection with the character and scene work, not as to Blake Lively personally.

And this, this whole bold section is a big one because obviously we saw the text messages between him and his PR team. And it says the 10th provision required that there shall be no retaliation of any kind against Blake Lively for raising concerns about the conduct described in this letter or for those requirements, any changes in attitude, sarcasm, marginalization or other negative behaviour, either on set or otherwise, including during Publicity and promotional work as a result of these requests is a retaliatory and unacceptable and will be met with immediate action.

It also says before they can go back into production there must be an all hands in person meeting with not just all cast and crew, but also including a Sony representative. And that was that long list of what cannot happen on set moving forward which I read in the first part of this claim.

It goes on to say that production concluded and cast and crew went on to promote the movie according to the marketing plan.

And this marketing plan was also approved by Wayfarer, which is Justin Baldoni’s studio and it even says Justin Baldoni was also on board.

In may of 2024, he appeared in a floral themed trailer launch event which included him personally making flower bouquets for influencers, a photo opportunity and film branded latte art.

Late July 2024, Mr.Baldoni appeared at a pop up of Lily Blooms flower shop in Century City, California where he held a long stem rose microphone and playfully gave tours of the shot to influencers. A TikTok interview posted that day Mr. Baldoni excitedly walks through the pop up and states that he will be giving tours all day every day until August 9th, which they even included an image of him being there.

It was when Justin Baldoni allegedly started to believe that people would find out what happened on set that he pivoted away. From the film’s marketing plan to to explain his absence from the rest of the cast after the movie’s premiere, he changed his Instagram profile, canceled light hearted social media post, and instructed his team to look for survivors reactions and support, all in an effort to quickly shift his own public narrative to focus solely on survivors and domestic violence organizations.

Miss Abel cautioned that his shift might be too drastic and too soon, but he insisted on a TikTok strategy and that his promotional activities for the film should seek to amplify what he described as survivor content. Miss Abel concluded that it doesn’t feel performative now that you’ve done major, substantial press on the topic.

On August 11th, she laid out a posting timeline to Mr.Baldoni and team stating Peter surprise and then I think survivor content first thing tomorrow am, which then will be helpful for new cycle. The hope was that he would create a false impression that he had chosen not to appear alongside the cast members, and that he directed his team to share on his public Instagram feed private messages he had been receiving from survivors sharing their stories of DV with him.

His team, trying to talk him out of it, said they don’t recommend using private DMs as content, but he went so far as proposing to share a video of a woman’s birth moment, but his team talked him out of it, warning that it might be perceived as Weird. And was too intimate.

Still, Mr. Baldoni’s team was more than willing to deploy survivors, stories, reactions, images to protect his image.

Mr. Baldoni and His Team Formulate a Retaliatory Plan.

What Now?

It was may of 2024 where he allegedly told his team they needed a plan in case what happened on set went public. He even texts his publicist saying that Ryan Reynolds had blocked him on social media, stating, we should have a plan for if she does the same when the movie comes out.

The cast started doing interviews without Justin Baldoni and his publicist text Mister Heath saying, we can’t have fans starting to guess why Justin Baldoni is left out of this stuff. Mr.Baldoni proposed an offensive move showing his neurodivergence and some of the attributes that come with it to explain that anything that he had been accused of…Social awkwardness and impulsive speech. Yes.

In July, Justin Baldoni had seen an article about Francis Ford Coppola’s inappropriate behaviour on set during production of his movie, including his alleged kissing of cast and crew, as described by anonymous sources, and he said he was sure that this is what they wanted to do to him with the unnamed sources, etc.

I guess he was getting super paranoid. So that’s when he hired Melissa Nathan on July 31st, 2024, who is a crisis manager. Now, Melissa Nathan owns a PR company called TAG.

TAG’s planning document laid as the purpose of Melissa Nathan’s engagement was to help him.  Get ahead of the narrative and mitigate bad press that might arise from Miss Lively and others HR complaint becoming public by engaging in techniques.

An example of these techniques is cataloging third party advocates willing to provide a potential quote or engage with reporters on Baldoni and Mr. Heath’s behalf to mitigate negative narratives from a source outside of wafer.

Here you can see the price quotes that she had provided and hold on to your horses, because I nearly dropped dead at the sight of these sums.

Stating that quote 1 175 k will be for 3 to 4th month period and includes:
– website to discuss, full Reddit, full social account takedowns, full social crisis team on hand for anything.
– engage with audiences in the right way or threads or theories to discuss this with the way to be fully 100% protected.

Or there’s quote option No. 2

which is 25k per month with a minimum of 3 months as it needs to seed. Same as above. This will be a creation of social fan engagement to go back and forth with any negative accounts, helping to change narrative and stay on track.

All of this will be most importantly, untraceable. There is a lot to both of these quotes but easier to discuss via phone in terms of capabilities and what I have personally experienced in and out crisis scenarios.

And here you can see the copy of her text. Now when The Hollywood Reporter came out that he had retained Melissa Nathan and her company Tag Usin, Baldoni, Mr.Heath and Wafer perpetrate a retaliation scheme against Blake Lively.

On August 1st, 2024,

Miss Abel had an in person meeting with a contributor to People, Fox News in touch, and Us Weekly and explained that during the meeting she had fully briefed the contributor of the situation with Miss Lively. Miss Abel stated that the contributor was armed and ready to take the story of Blake weaponizing feminism and assured Mister Heat that the contributor will do anything for us.

Their plan was to put this out saying that production members lost their jobs due to Blake Lively’s take over and insisted upon involvement. Blake Lively involved her husband to create an imbalance of power between her and Mister Baldoni.

Miss Lively has a less than favorable reputation in the industry and a clear likely motive to bully her way into buying the rights for or it starts with us, which is the sequel to the film currently owned by Wayfair.

Their scenario planning document states that Ted could also explore planting stories about the weaponization of feminism and how people in Blake Lively’s circle, like Taylor Swift, have been accused of utilizing these tactics to bully into getting what they want.

Here you can see Miss Abel texting Miss Nathan stating I’m having reckless thoughts of wanting to plant pieces this week of how horrible Blake is to work with just to get ahead of it. She’s putting us through hell.

Miss Lively was in fact doing nothing other than engaging in the Approved marketing plan for the film at this time. Miss Nathan responded same and indicated that she had already spoken to the Daily Mail. The Article started to come out about Justin Baldoni’s behavior on set. Miss Abel text Miss Nathan saying
“I could tell you’ve done a lot of work here. Nothing came up about being unsafe, that comments, or sexual, thank god.”

And basically from here, there are a lot of text messages that are pretty much more of the same. One of the weirdest text messages to me was on August 10th, 2024, because the whole purpose of Melissa Nathan was to protect Justin Baldoni’s image while taking Blake Lively down.

But she texts Miss Able saying:
“Socials are really ramping up. It’s actually sad because it just shows you how people really want to hate on women.”

Jesus…You created some of that hate. I’m so confused now. Remember how article started going around? And this is really when the hate for Blake Lively amped up, because they were saying that Blake Lively took over the movie. She took over the set. She was the one that approved the final cut of the movie. That allegedly came from Justin Baldoni’s team.

Alyssa Nathan’s sister, Sarah Nathan, is a journalist. And Miss Abel was texting Sarah Nathan all of this information. Sarah Nathan wrote the draft for the article, sent it to is able, who then revised the draft. And then that same day, the article authored by Sarah Nathan, titled Blake Lively approved the Final Cut of it ends with us amid feud with Co Star director Justin Baldoni, was published on Page Six, owned by the New York Post.

Now, I don’t know why when all of this was blowing up, Blake Lively didn’t cancel the launch of her hair care line, but it says that on the day that she launched it, her Instagram account was flooded with harassing, derogatory comments, including many posted by user accounts that had no followers and no prior post. An example of one of the comments

“How about you stop paying the media to trash and smear Justin? That would be a good start, you awful human being.”

That person had no following, no followers, and zero post.

But it doesn’t stop there, because allegedly, on August 15, 2024, Mr.Baldoni texted Miss Nathan and Miss Abel stating that his business partner suggested flipping the narrative arising from unnamed sources who had made false claims about Ryan Reynolds involvement in the script of the film and suggested ways to manipulate these rumors to make Ryan Reynolds appear to be anti feminist.

Miss Nathan assured Mr. Baldoni that this was an easy flip before indicating that she was already working on a story for variety that would achieve this goal. And again, while all of this takedown was happening, allegedly, Blake Lively instructed her publicist not to engage with press inquiries, including ones regarding the onset behavior of Mr. Baldoni, Mr. Heath, or Wayfarer But it didn’t stop the attacks on Blake Lively.

You could see the spikes of negative comments about Blake Lively on August 8th and 10th and continued for the rest of the year. The complaint then goes on to say how all of this has affected her emotionally, saying that it not only affected her, but her family, including her husband and four children. There are days when she struggled to get out of bed, and she frequently chooses not to venture outside in public. While she has fought to maintain her personal life and business interests behind closed doors, she has suffered from grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety. She has also been experiencing repeated and painful physical symptoms as a result of this experience. Mr. Reynolds, too, has been affected mentally, physically and professionally by his wife and children’s pain.

Worst of all, however, has been the impact on their young children, who who have been traumatized and emotionally uprooted in ways that have substantially impacted their well being. It goes on to say that Blake Lively never sought out conflict with Wayfarer, Mr. Baldoni or Mr. Heath, but instead consistently attempted to speak up for the safe and respectful workplace privately in the hopes of protecting herself as well as the cast and crew without jeopardizing a film that she believed could make a difference in people’s lives.

In response, Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath and those working for them ought to destroy Miss Lively and anyone else Who knew the truth? We are now at the conclusion where it says, Miss Lively’s discovery of the full, full extent of the retaliatory campaign launched by Wayfair parties has left her with no choice.

Through this complaint, Miss Lively seeks to set the record straight, to hold the Wayfair parties and associates accountable, and to shine a light on this new form of retaliation so that it will not be used against any others who you seek to stand up and speak out against sexual harassment.

And then pages 63 to about 80, it’s just all the exhibits, text messages, contracts, emails, everything that was already discussed in this complaint.

Justin Baldoni has officially been dropped by his agency, who also represent Ryan Reynolds. Here are the related headlines:
Daily Mail – Justin Baldoni dropped by WME following Blake Lively sexual harassment complaint.

Rolling Stones – WME Drops Justin Baldoni

And while it’s just making headlines right now, this  actually happened earlier this morning. Also not only has text messages from his PR team talking about how they’re going to run a smear campaign against Blake Lively, but it also goes into a lot of details about his alleged behavior on set.

If you haven’t already read the over 70 page complaint. It’s on the New York Times, if you want to have a full read. At this point, I’m just curious to see how his legal team’s gonna fight this, what about you?
